Business Development and Client Relations Associate

The primary objectives of the Business Development and Client Relations Associate are to nurture and grow existing relationships, and to identify and build new relationships, that leverage CISCRP offerings and capabilities in collaboration with other CISCRP development functions and departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying and engaging pharmaceutical and biotech organizations aligned with CISCRP’s growth strategy
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships while expanding opportunities across CISCRP’s core service areas
  • Lead revenue growth by managing a balanced sales pipeline, developing proposals, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Represent CISCRP at industry events and collaborate internally to build cross‑selling strategies and support organizational growth

 

What You Offer

  • BS/MS/MPH preferably in health care and life sciences marketing, social services and business
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, account management or business development
  • Experience in the clinical research industry preferred

Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year, plus commissions
