You can make an impact by sharing our educational resources in your community to highlight the importance of clinical trial participation. Additionally, you can be part of our event planning process to make our events even more impactful.
Participate on a CISCRP Review Panel to share your feedback on clinical trial material written in plain language, including infographics, brochures, etc., before they are shared with clinical trial participants. All correspondence is by email. Review Panel volunteers may include, from around the world, patient advocates, patients, medical and healthcare professionals, and members of the general public interested in helping to improve health literacy.
Medical Heroes are individuals who volunteer to participate in clinical trials. These volunteers play a crucial role in advancing medical research and developing new treatments by contributing their time and personal experiences to scientific studies. CISCRP honors these participants through various initiatives, such as the Medical Heroes Appreciation 5K Run & Walk and the Medical Heroes Virtual Appreci-a-thon, to recognize their invaluable contributions to public health.

CISCRP organizes, conducts, and facilitates patient advisory boards—in-person and virtual—to obtain feedback on a variety of different study-related documents (for example, protocol/study design, study synopses, clinical trial medicine kits).
